Dear Parents and Students:

As we have weathered the changes brought on by the onset of COVID-19, it was my sincerest hope that by July we would be able to move forward with some of our school traditions that have been previously canceled. Unfortunately, the continued concerns about the spread of this virus, along with necessary social distancing protocols, have made it necessary to cancel our prom that was scheduled for July 18. This is disappointing to all of us who were hoping to have the opportunity to celebrate this special occasion with our students; however, the safety of our students and staff is always our first priority.  

We have already started the process of issuing refunds; therefore, you do not need to contact the school. All refunds will be issued to the person that purchased the ticket or tickets. The checks will be mailed to the address that is in our student information system (i.e., infinite campus). Please allow 2 weeks for the check to be generated and mailed.

Once again, I apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this cancellation has caused.
