PTSO

Welcome to the Alexander High School Parent Teacher Student Organization (“PTSO”).  At Alexander, the PTSO is in place to encourage the involvement of our Parents, provide support for our Teachers and enhance the environment for our Students.  We strive to develop a closer connection between our school, our families and the community.  We will work to keep you informed of events happening around the school that impact not only our students and teachers, but all of our Alexander Families.

PTSO meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 4:30 pm in Room 108.  We welcome everyone that would like to be a part of the Alexander PTSO. Volunteer opportunities and donation needs are plentiful and will be requested well in advance and coordinated as efficiently and effectively as possible.  Additional information regarding membership, volunteer opportunities and school events may be made at [email protected] You may also request to join the AHS PTSO Facebook page, but we ask that for our students’ and families’ privacy only those with current students or those directly tied to same at Alexander make those requests.

With the new 2019-2020 school year starts a new PTSO Board.  We welcome Diane Fitzgerald as the Board President, Stefanie Cumbie as Vice President, Debbie Ritchie as Secretary and Tiana Royal as Treasurer.  With the support of Principal Small, the new Board is taking a strong lead and hopes to bring a fresh outlook to the PTSO.
